Talking about distance from the deck to the top of the gunwale not from the waterline to the top. But thanks for being helpful.

    John,

How is the rod storage? How many can you carry?

Is 12 max? Or can you double up and squeeze a few more in?

I found it difficult to double up spinning rods. Not enough room for the reels next to each other. Baitcasters I could double up no problem if I wanted to.

I carry a lot of rods. Not sure number but I keep Rod Gloves on all my rods. So that makes it easy to double them up in a rod tube.

I switched from my bass boat to a multi-species about 9 years ago and have NEVER looked back.
    I have a Triton 205 with an Evinrude 225HO and a 15hp kicker.
Inland lakes for Bass, Smallmouth/Walleye in Saginaw Bay, panfishing, etc.
I really like staying dry out on Saginaw Bay.
    Lots of rod storage.
Like others have said, it is a little harder to pitch/flip from than a bass boat. A little practice and I was good to go.
