I did my home work using Garmin's free Homeport App software with my LakeVu HD MaxDef card marking waypoints and I decided to go out scouting areas on my home lake. Caught a few trolling while listening to Pandora and took some snap shots as requested.
Fisheye view.... I need to use this more then just eye candy to see if there is value using three-D landscaping below the water.

Garmin 840XS...... You will get same to similar results with Garmn 93sv, 73v units too. Probably little bit better to similar quality with the 7600 series Garmins.Originally Posted by Nobass01
I'm gonna experiment more with fish eye sonar mode. I have drastically reduced my fishing time with more seat time and catching same to more fish in new places since I made the commitment to offshore fishing.
