When my boat trailer tire blew out it took the inner wheel well board out at the same time.
My trailer is for a 2000 year model 181SC.
Where do you get a replacement or do you make one from scratch?

Just make one. Next time u go to the lake, take the good 1 off. Now you have a pattern. Then next trip out, put them both back on with a cordless.

If you don't want to mess with it, C and O sells a composite fender board.

Replace mine from the ones C&O sell just like the one shown above. No rot and never need replacing again. I used SS self taping screws and had em put on in about 10 minutes at the boat ramp.
I made mine on my older Champ out of 1/4 inch plexiglass, glued them on with 3M 520 glue..will last forever...
I agree call carol and never mess with it again. it will cost you about the same in materials to make them as to just buy them from her. Make sure you give her your bbc user name

Same here. Probably took longet to get the old boards and screws out, than to re-install.
