    how long does a membrane roof last on a camper.

    A while. If you can keep your trailer under a roof when not in use, it only helps the longevity. Once a year, give the roof a good soap and water cleaning. It will help keep the chalking effect down. Check your caulking around vents, skylights, etc, and you should be good to go. My trailer is 13 yes old and still no aggravation with the roof membrane.

    mine has been outdoors in campground since 1997,,,just today got my first leak,,,son will be up on roof tomorrow caulking and taring as a stop gap measure(coming around a skylight) but might consider putting some flat rolled roofing up there before end of season
