    I’m from the north, I’ve never had collard greens. After reading this thread I decide to make them this evening, they are freaking great!!! Thanks for the recipe, I cut it in half but I followed it to the tee, turned out excellent.

    My collards recipe is very similar to the one posted above. Difference is I use apple cider or red wine vinegar, and add a couple smoked hocks along with some bacon.

    Then sprinkle on some hot pepper vinegar when it’s on my plate.
