150 four stroke leaking water around oil drain

My friend just changed his oil on his 2013 150 4 stroke. After the oil change he put ear muffs on it to run for 5 minutes.I noticed water was leaking aroung the back side of his oil drain plug.I don't know if this is normal or if he has an issue?I didn't see any oil just water. And it was not from inside the drain tube but from behind. Thanks
