I have a 2014 Mercury 150 HP 4 Stroke (SN#:2B041203) that I'm trying to find out information on DTS throttle and hotfoot. My question is whether this outboard has the neccessary accessories to accomodate this arrangement? Not a necessity but a curiosity.

Your 150 Fourstroke is NOT a DTS engine.
It requires a manual (cable) driven throttle input (either from the Hand-Control, OR from a Hotfoot).
