It has been a while since your repair. How is the repair doing now? I have my 2006 z-21 up on the stands and ground the blisters away under the length of all the bunk locations. I started rolling gel on one and realize I need a filler material. . Can you tell me what you used for filler?
I used AdTech P17. I have zero issues with the repairs I made on my boat.

I like how you have it supported and took time to get it stabilized. Kinda like jack stands work under the car. Working under the boat would feel jittery at first till you see the built support carries the load.
