Favorite to catch has definitely got to be a tarpon. Favorite to eat hands down snook; followed by dolphin, snapper, grouper and sheepshead.

Nothing funnier then poling up to a giant school of bull reds in less then foot and a half of water, dropping an EP epoxy shrimp fly on the edge of the school and make a couple of strips, then ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!! Tarpon and snook fishing is a blast as well!

I love stripers and redfish. I would love to catch more offshore species but haven't had many opportunities.

Snook, tarpon, redfish, and trout inshore, dolphin, tuna, and drop and drag snapper and grouper offshore are my favorites, but I love it all.

Kingfish on light tackle is fun . My wife caught a 58" one on a bass rod and Ambassador 6000. Spooled the 15lb test 3 times, no wire, leader a lucky catch if their ever was one. (Trying to figure out where a picture is) No she wasn't fishing for kings when she caught it. It hit greenback drifted behind the boat while I was catching yellowtail snapper.

Topwater bull reds, dolphin, wahoo, I'd say tarpon if I would ever land one of them SOBs. I really like shark fishing too! Spinner sharks are the bomb!

Tuna but committed to figuring out the daytime deep drop for swordfish this year.

Grouper and snapper are fun when the whole family goes.

If we could figure out how to get refined gas from the oil rigs we would never come to shore!
