Dad called me at school right after you left. He said, ÂRyan, youÂre famous. A guy was at the orchard looking for Buzzbait. Haha. I tell you what, come on up here and ill show you 8 and 9 if you want. 8 is my home pool with a lot of pads and rock shore. 9 is the LaCrosse area where youÂll fish a lot of marinaÂs and wood.
Like Dad said, we love the 198 it was the highlight of our summer. With me, about 15 gallons, 8-10 rods and tackle 74.9, gps. You just canÂt kick on that. Also there is a perfect amount of storage and man handling fish from the deck is a walk in the park compared my out old 190 Fish n Ski. Let us know if you ever make the decision to look into them weÂll gladly take you for a ride.
This one's no longer mine as I just sold it in November. I fished out of the backseat for 11 years until my dad sold it to me. I owned it for another 6 1/2. Was a great boat to fish out of as it was a first in the Champion line to have the two large, dual rod lockers. Lots of memories here.
Much to the chagrin of the moderator, I'm not replacing it with a Champ. I'll forever defend the Champ, Lea! (p.s. does the background look familiar? hint...210C)
