    TRX 21 vs TRX 20??

Does anyone know the speed and handing differences between these 2 boats? They are on my radar for next year. Also has there been any gelcoat cracking issues lately? I have been hearing a bit about this in my area. I haven't seen it and there is no cracks on my 21HP so this could be BS...

I think the 21 will actually be faster since in uses the HP hull. My 21 ran 74.7 mph yesterday morning heavily loaded, 3/4 tank fuel and 590 pounds of anglers.

The 21TRX is hard to beat. The 20TRX is hard to beat for the price.

If you are fishing the great lakes, you need the 21 TRX. I wouldn't consider anything else. I had mine in 8 footers on Champlain this summer and it did great. Not a crack one in the gel coat. Speed of the 21 TRX is comparable to the 21 HP, but neither can go over about 12 mph in a big swell.

Not a lot of size difference in those boats. The 21 is faster, the 20 is better priced. They are both going to ride very close (only 7 inches difference in length).

I am leaning towards the TRX 21 at this point. My 21HP runs and rides so good it would be hard to decrease from that...
