    Do you guys use a trim gauge or just fly by the seat of your pants?

    I use a trim guage,but you can do either. With that said,if you want an accurate trim gauge buy a Yamaha gauge.All the other brands just don't work nearly as good.(Teleflex and Faria)

    I have a 2004 h51db with a 2003 mercury 90hp. Would you suggest the same setup as the one with the Yamaha? I have a 6” jackplate, 22p laser 2 prop. Prop 5 1/2 below pad. Ran 51mph gps before I added two more batteries to the back. Now runs 43.
