The railings are anodized, and you cannot use the acid based cleaners used on the toons. It'll ruin them. I'd have to refer you to Google. I've never heard anyone cleaning the railings.

The toons are best cleaned with one of the commercial pontoon boat acid based cleaners, or NAPA aluminum brightener. Some also use the HVAC cleaner they spray on central a/c units outside--diluted. It's a spray on, wait 5 minutes and spray off with water.

Then, you have to polish the toons to get the shine back.

Thx Bama. I'll try some vinegar and water on the water spots. The toons look good but I might want to make em shine :)

I use windex on the panels to remove water spots. I also keep them waxed, and that helps reduce the water spots between cleaning.
