    Day 4

Still no snuff. It's a bitch but I will abstain. I'm not looking for praise, so don't give any. I got myself hooked over 30yrs ago and now I'm correcting the problem. For anyone considering putting the habit behind them, there's never an easy time to quit. There is a GOOD time to quit and that time is right now. Got a half can in your pocket or a pack in your truck? Flip the bird to those sorry bastards at the tobacco companies by throwing it in the trash and walking away.

I used smokeless tobacco for over twenty years.
I couldn't use it after a hard night on the town.........So I used a good hangover about 15 years ago and quit cold turkey.
It wasn't easy, but I am sure glad I did! It wasn't long after, and the prices went through the roof. I think Copenhagen was about 17 cents when I started...........

Funny you posted about this. I got 7 cans in the cabinet,,when there gone I'm quitting. Been dipping 37 years..Going to use those 7 cans and dip less each day till it's all gone. A can usually lasts me 2 days.

Hang in there cliff!!! When I quit I used sunflower seeds to help with needing something in my lip. The first two weeks seemed the worst for me. After that it my cravings were gone.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. Troy, you're rooting for the victor in this fight. Craig, I know it's tough, bud. Quit anyway. Good for you, John! You can do it. Don't give em another penny!
