2 cans left and I'll be joining you. Hang in there. I'm down to 5 dips a day.

Don't listen to the people giving you a hard time. Keep it up and youll be much happier when its all said an done. Youll taste stuff differently. It takes 30 days for the nicotine to get out of your system. Get you some regular wrigleys or your choice of favorite chewing gum........Not NICORETTE GUM! And anytime you feel the urge.......get a piece of gum. I quit smoking cold turkey that way. Give yourself little goals and tell EVERYONE you know so they will ask you......hey hows it going? Still not dipping? Keep it up you can do it! Its mind over matter. With The money youll save you can buy more fishing stuff!!!

It's been over 3 years for me, and I still miss it. Told the kids when I turn 75 they can buy me a roll because I plan to start back. At that point, snuff won't be what kills me.

I just realized that yesterday made 1 year since my last dip. The psychological urge still exists and probably always will, but it's nothing like it was during the first few weeks and is easily fixed with lifesavers. Life is much better without tobacco.

Great Job man! Glad I never got hooked on all that. Had all kinds of temptations still do but was never for me.

2 years. Don't congratulate me. Please put that crap down. Fight like hell for one week and you'll have it whipped.

I quit 1-1-2015 and stayed quit till Dove season. I quit again a little over 3 weeks ago, hoping to get it done this time, I really want to. I don't seem to have an issue with cravings till I drink a beer, guess I got to quit beer too
