Nice work, I'd surely pay extra for that on my trailer. Too bad I don't have the metal fabricating skills to do this, if the brackets and parts were ever sold as a kit, I would buy it. The trailer is just as important as the boat, but often gets over looked or skimped on by manufacturers or dealers. Think about it, aboat will travel more miles in its lifetime over pavement than on water.

That is great work! Looks good and I love the functionality of it. Could really use that with all the messed up roads and construction going on here in Conroe. If you decide to make a couple extra sets of hardware, I'd be willing to spend a little change for your troubles.

I purchased the brackets from Roy. He does nice work. Haven't had a chance to put them on yet though.

Thanks for sharing your idea Roy. There is not much to do up in N.E. Ohio during the winter so I have been working on some of your projects, here are the shock mounts, my bunk boards are made waiting till I get some steel to make the brackets for the trailer. Great idea's by the way.

Looks great! Its amazing the difference they make in the ride of the trailer along with balanced tires. Rides on a rail.

I copied Roy's idea also and pull a long distance once or twice a year. Boat trailers better and haven't had the support pole for the cover fall out since adding shocks. Well worth it!

I know this is a old thread but are these still available to be purchased? I have just purchased a 2021 Tracker Pro Team 195 tourney edition. I would like to add shocks to my trailer and would love to purchase this kit and add it to my trailer, but i just would like to know if my boat trailer would be a different length or width and if it would affect the size of the shocks.
