Well it's Sunday morning and April 1st so I thought I'd make a thread for progress and a starting point.
Last Sun. I was 185.7 this week I dropped a massive .9 lb. (Which don't bother me at all) And hey it's a "Lose 9.8 lb's in April Challenge" for me 'cause I ain't going past 175. My wife actually thinks I should quit now or at the least 180. Got in the pool at my sister's yesterday and the board shorts I leave over there to swim in have been there since last Summer and have to be replaced because they are too big now. : thumbup:
