    Duckett Warranty

I asked a week ago about Duckett Warranty. I sent my broke rod last Wednesday and had my new rod back today. Great service and a great rod.

same here, all it cost me was a stamp and 15 bucks. They told me to cut the section of the rod off that has all the info and put it in an envelope. I'm a loomis fan by heart, but that kind of CS all rod companies could stand to take a lesson from

I have one broke in the garage that snapped on a hook set (7MH Micro) I need to send in.. Problem is I can't find the receipt so I suppose I should contact them and see if they will still honor it..

    Re: Duckett Warranty (Fishn_Fatboy)

Like Boyd told me face to face .... he can replace all he wants cuz he gets them made so cheap in China. That is NOT a selling point to me....sorry.

I like Matt Cashion's warranty better..Made in Pittsboro NC, 30 mins from me. I break it...take it to him and he will replace it. Period.

    Sorry to jack the thread.

not to be a dick, but why post something like that on this thread. The guy was sharing a good experience on a product. I'm glad you can go 30 minutes and get a rod replaced. That only applies to you. He was sharing a experience of having to mail a piece of rod which most people would have to do with a rod made in north carolina. You don't like that the products made in china this really isn't the thread for that opinion.

When you pay an 8 year old Chinese girl $1.25 a week to make your rods for you, you can warrant the heck out of them things!!! Huh???
