97 Stratos pro elite 01 Johnson 225 HO Please Help

I am a novice to high power boats. My boat is a 97 201 pro elite with a 01 225 Johnson HO it has a 6 inch hyjacker plate. I am running a 24 raker prop it has been balanced an blue printed by rich bozer. My boat runs per GPS 64 with 2 people and 1/2 tank of fuel, ver lite load ,live wells empty 5700 rpm. A pretty high rooster tail. I looked at other boat speeds on here and I figured my boat should be a little faster. All help will be appreciated

Is that FULL throttle and FULL trim?

Rich Boger knew what he was doing with the raker, we just need to find the right setting. You're describing a little too high motor setting, but let's make sure before resetting anything.

What is prop to pad height
that motor if healthy should spin a 26 raker at 5600-5800 the 225ho puts out 240hp or so
i am kinda new also but have figured out right prop plus right setup=much fasterH
my boat with prop change went from 51mph 60 mph and mow i just have to adjust jp little at time intil i get it to peak performance
