    Nitro ZV 18

For those who can't bite off the 21, I heard that Nitro is going to be offering an 18 foot version as well. Can't wait to see it...

I only saw pics on some guys computer. He wouldn't forward them to me. I actually asked about this boat today again to see if Nitro was actually going to make it and he just shrugged and didn't know. But he did tell me some details:

18.5 long, 200 hp max, laid out the same as the ZV-21, but with out the side storage compartment that are in the ZV-21. Available with an aluminum tow pole...kinda wish they'd do that with the 21.

    That's all I know.

Awesome boat. I'm torn between the 21 and the 18. Ordering in January. Does anyone know what max HP will be on the 18. I heard 200, but would love a 250.

They offer 150 and 200 in the packages. 200 is max recommended HP.

It's not on Nitro's website yet. I post the link over on walleyecentral.com and it's getting a lot of looks. Nitro will sell a ton of these.

Climbed on one at the dealership yesterday. It's a beauty! Tons of space and very well thought out. This floor model had an 80# Terrova, Merc 150 Fourstroke, Lowrance HDS 9 or Elite 9...not sure I didn't take the cover off. $37,995.

Nice looking boat, when you compare that to a 18ft aluminum the price is far.

I think so too as long as you don't get carried away. My buddy priced one out loaded up with all the bells and whistles: 200 Pro XS, 101 Terrova, 3 graphs...not sure which ones...and he was in the mid-high 50's.

Where would you put your and your partners rods that are not in use in this boat?
I dont wanna put them always back in the storage compartment...
