Astro info I found two brochures from 1994 and 1995

I bought my 1993 astro off the original owner and he had found two brochures from 1994 and 1995 I know there is not a lot of info out there on the specifications so if you need any info I can take a pic of the model page.

Nice find! When PRoCraft & Astro were with BRUNSWICK Corp - IMO that was when they were the best. The JM (tracker marine group) move was ultimately the death sentence to PRoCraft/Astro. The move to JM also dealt a death blow to Fisher boats - PRoCraft replaced them in the Marine Group line-up.

That's good stuff!! Great find!! Totally wish they'd of stayed in the go-fast dept.. You can tell by the older hulls and layouts they were much more lean and mean back then.. That pic from above looks almost like a Bullet.. Then of course the side shot of it skint back.. If only.. My 1998 "Pig" would need a 300X to get that far out of the water!!

The F18 was one mean SOB!! Then they made the F20...both were fast boats.

Bummer they went with HP "max" ratings on their 20's, instead of "Unlimited" like some other manufactures? Any idea why they did that?? An old F20 with a 250 or 300 would be sick!! Also the removable console fairing sounds like a great idea as well, for getting to wiring/gauges, etc.. (Similar to Allison) They were on target for a while for sure!

I agree 100%. An F20 with a 250HP--oh lordy!! You know, we were just coming out of the 150HP era and a 200 was a big deal for awhile.....Then 225's and 250's absolutely took over very quickly and then boat builders never looked back. But I wish they had pushed harder into the go-fast scene with those hulls....but could you imagine Bill Dance in an 80 mph F20??

Nice find, my F18 is a 1993 and I am wondering if the specs are close to these. Can you get a better picture of the spec sheet? Does it include the F18? thanks

I had dreamed of having the F20 back when I owned an Astro 18FDX. And to be honest, that aerial view of the F18 and F20 sure looks like a Bullet or an Allison

Wow..Very cool!! There are a few specifics that I would be interested in on a 95 F-20. Mine is identical to the red/ white one on pad in the cover shot. ( still looks new as well) If you could pm me that would be great. Thank you for posting sir, and thanks for sharing.

I’ve got the same brochures that came with my sb-18. Its a 93 but was sold in 95. I’m surprised how heavy it is but it has a good hole shot with the mercury 150 xr6. I had an F-20 back in my younger years with an 200 mariner and it would get on the pad and fly, not as fast as my Bullet was but it fished a hell of a lot better. I loved that boat but got hard up and had to sell it.

I had a 97 procraft 180 bass dual console and beside the extra console i loved the boat. I had it since Nov 97 and traded it apr 19 and never had a problem with it. The trailer fenders rusted and i replaced them but that was it.
