Which style of Lock Snap do you like?

Just curious about who prefers what and why? Do you see failures in one type over the other? I am using them a lot more often the facilitate color changes within a bait I may be throwing.

Also what do you use them on, for me it is mostly switching cranks/hard baits.

One on the left also. I don't really use them bass fishing, but do use them for saltwater and never had a problem.

i keep the one on the right on my wifes fishing poles and they have worked great for her over the past years. she has her own tackle box with her favorite cranks and topwaters in it and i take out the split rings and she hooks her snap directly to the bait. the baits still look great in the water and i don't have to help her out when changing plugs anymore. she catches them just fine and have never had any problems.

I also had problems with the Norman speed clips coming open, the most problematic application I have seen is on a top water walking bait, the side to side motion works them open very easily.

Left. I've caught tons of big redfish on em. If a big red can't break or bend em a bass don't have a chance in hell of breaking them.

Interesting, I have never used the ones on the left they looked weak to me. I only use the ones on the right and never had a problem. Makes me think?
