Great looking re-store! I have a 2000 model 2100 SV myself. Always garage kept so it is still in fine shape. It is 18 years old and everything but a depth finder/graph is still all original if you can believe it or not........even the tires and the Ficht motor.
Still working on my Bee...In the first pics I had it re-gelled...well, it started to fade on the consoles and a couple other places where they sanded it too thin before buffing...so they said they would redo it for free...supposed friend of mine...lmao....I did all the old gel removal to help speed the process with mainly a razor blade...it did not bond for shit...scraped right offmoto March 12 2018 047.jpgmoto March 12 2018 048.jpgmoto March 12 2018 061.jpgmoto March 12 2018 062.jpg...lol...He had it forever and kept on putting me off...it was last spring...I finally told him we had a Guntersville trip lined up and he finished it...total rush job...wavy and thin on consoles again! I even said I would pay extra to have consoles completely re-gelled...but again, he blended on the fronts of consoles...started to fade within 3 months...so now before it gets any more faded, I am going to wrap it in Gunmetal Gray brushed steel wrap...pictures of wrap to come soon...here are some during gel removal with razor blade and re-gel
dont want to bash them on here...really I do....yea, rush job after they had it for 3 months and finally started on it the last week...I'm wrapping it now before it gets any worse
Man, you have done a bang-up job bringing that boat back to life! If you are ever on Cherokee and run up on a white one with blue striping and silver pins stop to chat as that is me.
