    2010 HDPI 250

    I'm looking at a boat with a 2010 HDPI 250. What are the pros and cons on this motor?

    I wouldnt even look at it unless you want to do a rebuild and then it still might blow, been there done that!

    My HPDI 250 was built in 2008 and I bought it in 2009. No major issues. Replaced trim motor under warranty and no other problems until this week when trim issues resurfaced.

    I hear they require frequent service such as replacing filters often, but I haven’t even done that. But I don’t run WOT much.
