It is included in the download ZIP folder, second item in the list.
First item is software version 3/040
Second item is software version 3.500
Third item is software version 3.640

When you "download" from the website you get a ZIP file. The different software versions are in the ZIP folder.
You open the ZIP folder and copy the unit software to a memory card.
It is best to put an individual file on a memory card and install it. Then do the next version after than one is finished.

Looking to get my solix to the current version but I'm currentyly at 3.400, how do I get to 3.500 or better to get the most current update to work? Can't seem to find old updates to bring mine up to an "updateable" version.

Download the current software on the Humminbird website, READ and follow the instructions.

• This MEGA 360 software is only compatible with HELIX G3N Imaging+ models.
• HELIX must be running v2.180 or newer software to install v1.070 software on the MEGA 360.

When will they put out a fix for the Helix 12 Chirp SI GPS? Specifically below.

360 IMAGING:

• Fixed an issue where deploying the transom mount 360 Imaging would cause 2D, DI, and SI to stop scrolling until the unit was rebooted.

I am hoping for this as well. it is driving me crazy on my gen I helix.

This probably will not happen. As you may know they haven't released any software for that model since Feb 2019.

yep, but they sent me an e-mail saying they were working on it july 2019. i sen another e-mail today to customer service to add the fix to the gen I. the august 2019 update had the fix for gen 2 & 3 , shoulsn't be too hard to fix it for gen I.

If you update via phone /BT it seems to update to the most current version. Is that true or do you have to go back and somehow do each update in between. What is the most current version for the Helix Mega 9&10 GN 3. Also the recent version for i-pilot link and remote, or where can I find that information?

The best place to find current software for your model. Be sure to check with the correct full name. You normally do not have to load prior versions in order to update unless it is specified in the instructions for the current update.
