They can help get your serial numbers straight, generally I use Firefox and had no issues setting up new units.

Does the new update address the issue of not being able to share sonar when a Helix 12 and Helix 10 unit are interlinked (using the Helix 12 transducer) unless the chirp function is turned off?

I thought that was confirmed by ntslam with HB CS to mean everything except MEGA imaging could be shared in another post?

Key Phrase :
- Please note: MEGA Imaging will not share between a G2N and G1 model. MEGA Imaging is a technology and is made feasible by a MEGA-equipped transducer. MEGA Imaging cannot be obtained simply by a software update.

Maybe I missed it but, with the above ^^^ being said, can MEGA imaging be shared between a SI G2N model and a DI G2N model? If not, would the 800 KHz SI share with the DI G2N, thanks

I have 2 helix 10 di's and 1 helix 10 si. Can i update all 3 units from the same card?
Paul
The DI & SI software are different and are specific to each unit.
Download both, put the DI update on your SD Card - update both DI units - then delete the DI update, copy the SI update to the SDC and do the SI unit.
Reset the defaults before & after on each machine.

Thanks bud. For some reason my di units are not recognizing update when sd card is inserted. Computer says update is on the card. Erased it and trying again. Only thing that has ever been on the card in question is the last helix update, which i deleted before i saved this one on it. Any ideas?

With the 1.350 update is a G1 Helix 10 DI chirp capable
NO.
The only Chirp capable G1's are the Helix 12 Chirp Sonar/DI/SI GPS models.
