    Question Ultrex ro Xi5

    Which one and why? Currently have a MG 109 Tour Edition and have been very satisfied with it however it's 16 yrs. old. Looking to replace and would appreciate feed back from users of both. The spot lock is very appealing and definitely wanted. I am running Lowrance HDS units if that makes a difference. Thanks for your input.

    Lowrance's trolling motor would probably give you the best integration with your units.

    Had the Xi5 for 3 or 4 years, linked to various Lowrance units over that time. Been a real good trolling motor. I now run Solix G2, and only use Lowrance to to run Xi5. Waiting for Minn Kota to come out with a brushless motor to connect to Solix. So until that time will stick with Xi5
