I wish this forum was on Tapatalk. I can’t post photos because they always say they are to big to post. I love posting pics but resizing is just to difficult.

I went with 20 oz from boat carpet central, it was 8.5x25' @ 336.00 + tax = 348.50 I am happy with how it came out, it should last another 30yrs I hope:) I see Twitch did the same as I did and covered over the extra seat hole, it just collects stuff.

Spent $269.00 for 18ft, 20 oz carpet and $70.00 for the pad on the front deck (6 x 5'). Another $100 on two cans of weldwood outdoor. Took more glue than I thought with the padding. Did the cockpit area with EVA off amazon. The work was a PITA... But the end product looks awesome. Probably call it $500.00 in materials overall, including various adhesive removers, wire wheel bits etc... Obviously seats and other stuff were more :)

Back around 2015 I re-carpeted my 2004 TR-20. Project cost me around $2000. You see, the carpet wasn't that bad cost wise, but that new carpet made a lot of other things on my boat look worse. I wound up needing new upholstery on my seats, all new lid latches (go price those...ain't cheap), new carpet trim, upgrade to stainless steel cupholders, recessed trolling motor tray, freshen up bow panel.....point is....if you are like me (which most aren't by the way) one job leads to another. It's never ending!

I about to let chase in Tennessee do mine. Doing recessed foot control and also the what is called the coffin in the front of the stroker. It is a pop up for the graph and switches. Complete redo there.

Fairly well, however, if I were to do it again, I would use a foam without intricately routed patterns. It looks cool, and so far is holding up OK, but there are a few small spots where the layers are separating. The darker parts are a little faded with the sun exposure as well.... Overall, still happy with the decision. The boat will be garage kept anyway....

Paid someone $1600 back in 2010ish to re-carpet my 1990 Ranger 361V including the vinyl bench seat. Much nicer grade of carpet that it previously had and was holding up great when I sold the boat in 2014.
