Need advice on a Jack plate

I have a 2007 TR20X high performance with a 07 Mecury 2225 pro XS on the back with a manual 6" jack plate and running a 26 pitch tempest. What is the best Jackplate setback for a tr20X high performance. I just bought the boat used from Bunch Marine in TN. great people great service but I want a hydraulic jack plate. All info would be great thanks

What are you going to do with your manual jack plate and who made it?

Is your boat white with blue arrows?? If so, that should be an 8" plate. Good luck with your boat.

I ordered/bought it new in 2007. You should be very close on setup. I never GPS'd it, but it ran mid 70's speedo at ~5900. It was a very good rig for me. I just wanted to update. You're right on about the Bunch gang. Not a better outfit anywhere, IMO. Hope you have as much fun in it as I did.

Cool that you talked to the new owner of your boat. And cool that the guy got a good boat

jbh3 I want to thank you for taking great care your the triton I bought. when I picked it up I was shocked at how well you maintained it. not a single nick or scratch on the hull. I wish everyone cared for there rig like you did and probably still do with your new rig. And I have run it at 77 WOT at 5900.

Glad you're enjoying your new ride. I'm retired and try to get them wet as often as possible. I do try not to beat them to death and keep the maintenance up to date. Should have borrowed a GPS, I guess. I knew it was pretty quick, but never would have thought it ran 77. LOL!! I'll be glad to answer any questions I can. Have a good one!!
