    You want Customer Service????

    And you need Mercury parts? It's last Friday @ 4pm and I need oil line that is on nation wide back order. Mech tells me no joy, I say I'll call you back in five minutes. One call to Don Weed @ European Marine, yep he has it in stock. IT'S ON MY DOORSTEP AT 1030 SATURDAY MORNING!!! I did have to pay for the overnight shipping but Don and Rhonda are awesome. Needless to say I'll be on the water for my first tournament this week. Mechanic here now has Don's info for parts.
