    Power pole sportsman 2 vs pro series 2

    I'm wantin to buy a power pole and just wanting some info on these two models..from what I can tell the only difference is length of the hardware warranty..I would love any input on whether or not the pro series 2 is really any better than the sportsman series 2..thanks!!

    I have a pair of the Sportsman II and have been very happy with them. They have stood up to weekend warrior duty on Potomac and Upper Bay. My next boat may get the Pro series 2 for 2 reasons. The Sportsman II coating is starting to get a chaulky look becasue it is anozied and not poweder coated. The second is becasue you need to remove the top of pump controller to upgrade the firmware rather then bluetooth app.

    Compare the mounting brackets-the pro has a stronger bracket
