$12,000 Cash Prize-Clark Hill Lake Augusta, GA June 8-9

    Hey Guys,

Not sure if any of you have seen this yet, but Potash is putting on a fishing tournament with Clark Hill Committee to benefit the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance and North Augusta Youth Fishing. The tournament is June 8-9 at Clark Hill Lake, with a $12,000 first place prize, and a minimum of $1,000 big fish each day (it will probably be closer to $2,000 per day).

This should be a great tournament, and it is to benefit two great organizations. I lost my mom to Ovarian Cancer 2 years ago, so this is something that hits home. If you don't have any plans that weekend, come on down! Also, if you want ot register call Jon Hair at The Tackle Shop at 706-432-8225

    Thanks,
    Chase Powell

Anybody know why Oakley Big Bass Tour cancelled on Clarks Hill due to dangerous water level, but obviously tournaments still exist there?

I know Hartwell has come up probably 10+ feet in some areas up here.

Back when they cancelled, the lake was down 15 feet and really dangerous. I know that lots of motors were torn up the past couple of years
even by guys that know the lake. It is almost up to full pool now. The army corp announced today that it will increase its outlet flow next week.
