I was there working, Tracker had the one Z9 there... that was it... all we carry is pontoons and wakeboats.
I did see Lyal and Brett there, got to talk to them.

That's a nice looking boat. I always did like those old Champions. I use to see them all over the place in the 90's in OK. Is that a Gambler in the pic behind you? Never seen one of those that far north.

Yeah that's my buddy Shawn. Its a 19.5 ft Intimidator with a 200 EFI. I had a friend in another club that drove a Gambler too. Shawn's is really nice though. Its good to see all these bass boats up north. Good thread!

2008 Triton TR-176 with a 115 Opti. In hindsight, I wish I had gone bigger, but it has been a good little boat.

I don't think you need to go bigger. That seems like plenty of boat for tournament fishing. If it gets you to the fish, and gets the fish to the scales, and gets some of your buddies' money in your pocket, it's big enough!

Stratos 294s are a perfect bass boat design, IMO. Nice one, from what I can see.....

Yes, first impression is I need to get used to the remote and the foot pedal and read the manual. We did catch a couple of fish while in anchor mode. It made landing the big fish easy and testing out the new live wells before we CPR it.

I have a Terrova and you will flat love having anchoring ability. Especially if you use your net on a big one and have to get the trebles untangled. You can just sit there on your spot til you're ready to fish again. I'll never go back to a regular trolling motor. Part of the reason I have been in the money twice in 2 tournaments this year is because I can stay on points better in the wind.

I just bought the RAM mount that locks the head down while running or trailering and I can't recommend it enough. I'd sure like to see some better pics of that Stratos out in the sun!

I took this picture a couple weeks ago at Orman.

Beater boats catch fish too... It's what I have to tell myself right now...
