    14" Rapid Jack

I have the wrong jackplate on my 20 and in the process of buying the correct one. Thinking about selling the one I'm taking off. Anyone interested and what is it worth.? 14" Rapid Jack for a TM lower unit. Powder coated black. No scratches.

Theres not a tq master rapid and a spmstr jp. Does ur jp have a skid plate on the bottom? If so you may have to notch it. Post a pic of what u have.

They are two different models. The newer one the setback plates have a more upward angle so you don't have to mount the engine at the lowest bolt holes to get max height. Although, I have never had a problem with my engine mounted in the lowest bolt holes on the clamp

With the lowback rapidjack you can only get to around 1 inch above the pad with the engine mounted as high on the plate as possible. The high bacl plate is designed to allow elevated above the pad mounting heights for 20" mids with low water pickups.

I am all too familiar with the lowback version since i have one...

Some people are taking out the top bolt out of the upper slider and putting it into the next bolt hole in the lift bar then taking out the upper bolt out of the lower slider. Doing this gives you another 1.25" or so of travel but leaves a lot of angled engine plate unsupported above the main offset plates.. I am just running at 1" above and being satisfied for now...

You would wonder why they put these jack plates on the 20xds to start with. Somebody wasn't thinking
