Everything except the heads on my 2.6L 200 Vmax

With gas prices I kinda been scared (for my wallet) to go ahead and make my motor COMPLETE. I do need the heads though.

Edit: I have the 8200 heads now. Waiting on lightweight flywheel

97 Xpress x70 no JP. 59 mph.Phase2 6 in. setback 28 in. Yamaha 3 blade prop 68 mph. 5300 rpm.Bad chine walk.Killed that prop on a on a rock. Now running a old 25in. with 8in. setback,66mph at 5500rpm. but it is much easier to drive, little chine walk.Plan on sending booth props to mark I think I can get 70mph at 5900rpm. with one of them. This is fun.

    Re: Post specs ASAP (5022)

Phase 2 on a 175 HPDI. Hangs on an 18.9 Egret carbon/Kevlar flats boat down in Florida. Nathan was a huge help in getting me set up.

Numbers: 59.7 with heavy load (three peeps, 40 gal livewell, heavy cooler) swinging a modded 21P Yammi Pro at 6000. Runs 64 light swinging a 23P Pro@ 5800.

Realized an extra 400 RPM compliments of Hydro-Tec.

Phase 2 on a 96 200 small block, 2.6L that Hydtro Tec built . Runs great, but wont push my heavy 196 champion. Anyone got a 3.1L for sale or trade ?

MMM...i just bought a 1989 basshawk with a 92 pro 200 that has been tweeked to run at higher rpms. That's what ive been told and will go 75mph. How can I find out if I got one of those phase kits on the outboard??? Cuz if i don't have at least the phase 1 kit, I would like to have one put on:)
