    36v Ultrex 112 60" (will cut down)
    4 31 batteries
Best speed so far after just breaking her in: 72 at 5600 rpm
half tank gas, empty livewells, solo
    windy with ripples open water
    Bob's at 3.5 = 2.5" ptp

coming from a Cobra (had 5), so never had chine before. Finally found that the chine mostly disappears at 2.5" below pad. Still figuring it out. Hoping a 26 fury or tempest will get the speed up but only 5570-5600 rpms with a 25 doesn't seem right to me. Anyone else getting the new 2018 21PHX running faster?

    2014 721 Merc 250 ProXS
10" Atlas Hydraulic, set at 12
    24v Fortrex
2 Men (320/200), heavy tournament load
    35 Gal fuel
30 degree air 48 degree water temperatures
    25p Fury Stock
    5980 rpm
    75.6 mph

I NEED a 26 pitch Fury or 27 Tempest. I can eat up the rev limiter at this motor height and temperature conditions.

    2018 20PHX Yamaha 250 SHO
    Vmax SHO stock T2-25
    12" Atlas Hydraulic set at 14 on guage, 4" on plate - 2" P2P
    36v Ultrex
    12" and 15" Solix
    2-240 pd men
    3/4" Full on Gas
Fully fishing load - est 75-100 pds
64 degree outside are, water temp at 53
    Water pressure at 22psi
    74.2 mph
6110 rpm(this is straight through NMEA from motor to digital display on my Solix so I know it's correct)

Will post video and soon as my crappy internet speeds allow.

Lithium Pro batts inbound so knocking 180 pounds off the rear, ECU flash and Croxton worked 27 T1 on the way as well. I'm betting 80 mph tourney loaded is going to happen, mid-80's with me and light boat..

New numbers after the ECU flash. I'd bought a 27 T1 from a guy and had him send it to Mark Croxton direct for a blueprint and tune - unfortunely the guy I bought it from apparently doesn't know what the difference in a vented and ventless Yamaha prop. I received the prop from Mark last night to discvoer its a vented prop which is useless to me..

Anyways, ran the boat today in about the same condition as I did before. Still running the stock 25 T2, with fishing load, 2 guys and 1/2 tank gas, the boat ran 77.4 at 6238 rpm's.....I step out of boat and filmed from shore as my buddy made a pass with only one person - 79.8 mph at 6287 rpm. I was thinking that I'd have to go up in prop size but I believe the 25 T2 is going to work great - when it gets hotter, the rpm will come down some keeping me off rev limiter. I'm still trying to decide if its worth trying a Worked 25 T1 or 26 T1..

My lithuim pros will be in next week which should add another 2 mph which will put me at the 80 mph mark with two people and tourney loaded. With one person and lighter load, 82-83 should be doable...I'll keep you posted with video and picture of proof.

Stilling waiting on my Lithium Pros...But I did run the 26T1 today. Bought rpm's back down to 6130 or so, and bought speeds down to 76.2 with two 240lb guys, 1/2 tank gas, and full tourney load. Little surprised by the results as I was expecting the 26T1 to be faster...

    Bobs 6" hydraulic plate.

fastest I have seen so far is 69.1 with about 12 gallons of gas left. Little chop on the water, and ran out of lake. approximately 12 hours on her.

current prop is 25 Fury 3 blade but that is going to change. PVS holes are all plugged. Cant really get a "shallow water takeoff" yet because it blows out.

Thinking of going Bravo XS -- not sure what pitch.
