    2017 Phoenix PHX 21
    250 SHO 27 4-blade Bravo 1 FS prop
    74 MPH @ 5900 RPMS
    twin poles dual console
Atlas jack plate running the plate up around 17 (about 2.75" below pad) and very little trim.
Hole shot is amazing. I was running a Yamaha T2 3 blade 25 pitch which got 6100 rpms and same speed but the hole shot was terrible and she chine walked a lot! I might go to a 4-blade 26 Bravo 1 FS to see if I can up the rpms and pick up some speed.
Absolutely love this beast of a boat!!!

Either the fastest bird built or must have been on Guntersville when the flood gates were wide open heading downstream.

Most won't crack 80 solo with 10 gallons of gas

I have run 81 once. 80 a few times and 77-79 average depending on load. Never 80 with 2 people. slowest for me is 75 with 2 people, full tank of fuel and 2 full live wells.

    24P Tempest Plus
10" manual plate, 3.375 PTP, 15+ PSI water pressure ~5800 RPMs
    24V Ultrex

65 MPH with normal tackle and my 9 year old son, no poles/Talons. When I picked the boat up a couple of weeks ago the motor was way too low. I raised to the 3.375 based off of similar setups I found here. A couple of guys are getting more speed. My prop looks a little dinged up, so I might get it worked a bit. Overall I'm happy. Boat rides great and is very easy to drive at top speed. Any ideas to improve or increase performance are welcomed!

The 721 he had before is even faster ;)

I believe he will be even faster once he test some props out, but 81 is moving out for sure! I believe he is closer 83 now in that 920

I ran 80.2 last weekend with a full tank of fuel, full tackle, 2-12ft Talons with a 28.5 Bravo...Temp was around 90 and humidity about 80%. My JP gauge is not working so I wasn't really able to play with it, I just set it on 3 and made a pass..New gauge will be here this week.

2021 919 Pro xp 225 merc ,Atlas jack, 2 Raptors, 3 100ah Ionics,24 fury 3, full tank and loaded for break in. After my 2 hr break in run popped her up to 75 at 5400 rpm. I was surprised by the quick throttle response. Coming out of 3 Z520s over the last 8 years, its nice to have a runner. Can't wait to really air it out to see true numbers.

    Zach,

What are your rpms at wot and p2p measurement?

    Are all pvs holes plugged?

    Thanks.
    Tight lines!
