It looks like with the ones who have dropped that we'll have 30 boats. I'll set the BBQ for 75 people so we cover family members that are attending as well. Sound good?

Got things worked out. My partner and I will be attending the BBQ Friday evening.
The BBQ is Saturday evening and the meeting is Friday evening. Friday is meet and greet, tourney entry paperwork, door prizes, launch order, etc Saturday evening is BBQ from KTs and prizes and plaques for the tourney.
