HumminBird Customer Service:
HumminBird has made specific advances towards customer service in the areas of Customer documentation.
Bass Cat and Yar-Craft have failed this system is by attempting to circumvent the process and becoming directly involved with the consumers, Johnson Outdoors field reps and staff beyond Eufaula. Thus critical information is not being retained on unit failures and complications. We have become a part of slowing the process of development instead of being an aid to consumers.
In the future the staff here will not be handling any HumminBird calls until consumers have processed through the 800# Customer Care Center.Please use the 800 line for consumers to create a critical situation file.
Hopefully through all of our efforts we can assist them in obtaining quality data and they then will process this data to the proper areas.
