    Howdy Guys!
    New to Navionics - I installed the Navionics Chart Installer onto a Windows 10 laptop via Google Chrome. When I open it, I get mostly a white window, with the top blue banner cut off just above the Login | Help links. If I minimize the window down to the task bar and then re-open, I can see the full window with the Downloads & Updates text, along with the 3 photos / instructions. I tried un-installing and re-installing, but the issue persists. Anybody else experiencing this? Not a huge deal, but kind of a PITA!

    Thanks Andre - Not sure what you mean by screen resolution. What I'm experiencing is on my laptop (HP ProBook 450 G4, 15.6", screen resolution set to 1920 x 1080) while trying to open Chart Installer. I wish I was tech-savvy enough to post a video. I'll shoot you a PM.

    While we're on the topic of Navionics, how does a Navionics card know when it was purchased?! I keep reading about activating the card within 2 months of purchase for a year of updates, etc. Having a hard time figuring that out!

    Just wanted to bring my Navionics Chart Installer window issue full circle, should anyone else experience similar. As usual, Andre was on the right track with screen resolution. Seems the issue occurs if running at max resolution of 1920 x 1080. If I drop it down to a lower full screen rendering resolution (i.e. 1600 x 900), the windows opens as it should! Yet another problem resolved via BBC!

    Does the Navionics card work in the Lowrance Hook 9 ? I have been told that it will work, however, the satellite imaging will not work. I have tried it in two units that I have, which is the Hook 7 and Hook 9. Of course, as I was told, it will not display the satellite imagery. I have a friend, who owns a Hook 7, when I put the card in his unit, it displayed the satellite imagery. Can anyone explain why it would work in a unit identical to mine? Could it be a different year model?

    The Navionics Platinum (satellite imagery) is not compatible with the Hook series

    Will me Navionics premium card display the satellite imagery in my newly bought Lowrance Elite9 TI2? The card is definitely working, but I can't seem to get it to display the satellite imagery that i know is on this card.

    Under options you need to enable Land and (something else don't remember the exact word) but the satellite view is not 100% it all depends on where etc... Witch region is youre Platinum?

    I just tried that and it did not display the satellite imagery. It is displaying that it is reading the card, however, the satellite imagery is not displaying on the screen.
