    Upgraded to a Pantera IV

Monday I traded in my 2007 Sabre for a 2008 Pantera IV with 67 hours. I liked my Sabre and it rode great for an 18ft boat, but I wanted a bigger boat. I was not really planning on buying a new boat anytime soon, but seen the PIV Bunch Marine had for sale on BBC and went to look at it the next day. I took it out Wednesday for the first time and could not be happier. It feels like a 20ft or bigger boat and has tons of storage. It was windy that day and was white capping, but I still got 71mph out of it and it rode great. This was the first time I drove a boat past 70. Now I just have to put all my electronics off my old boat on it and make it mine!

Thanks. My Sabre looked good, but I like the color of this boat better.

Can you do me a huge favor. take a picture of your jack plate and send it to me. I would like to see your setings on the plate. I have had nothing but issues trying to get mine set up. Also let me know what kind of prop your running. You can take a pic with your phone a txt it to me if you would like I am sure that is the easiest. I will send you a IM with my cell number. Thanks so much. I like the yellow and black. very sharpe and one of a kind. Make sure you keep a good coat of wax on the yellow. As Yelllow has no UV inhibitors in the color and tends to fade quckly with out protection. Sharpe Boat thought. Gotta love the PIV

What prop are you running on your PIV? I just bought one and was researching setups and saw yours.

You can hardly go wrong with a 24 Fury 3, and I bet the 24 Fury 4 would be a great prop on the PIV as well. The Fury 3 ran great on my '09 PIV, 68-70 at sea level

After you get everything set up you will wonder why the PIV is no longer.
The handling and ride is something that you are going to notice. A big boat feel in a 19' boat
    Enjoy
