Question '04 520vx trolling motor wiring question

I need to have my trolling motor repaired, so I'm thinking about how to remove it from the boat.

My old Ranger had one of the big round male plugs at the end of the motor that fit into the female plug in the dash. My new trolling motor has no plug, it the wires just run straight into the same dash panel that the depth finder is mounted into.

Can anyone tell me if the trolling motor is hard-wired behind that panel, or is there a quick disconnect behind it?

    Thanks in advance!

It usually where the wires have ring terminals that are bolted together and insulated, a quick disconnect would not fit through the hole in the bow panel.

I'm expecting to have to take off the bow panel... but do the wires run all the way back to the circuit breaker in the bilge or is there a way to disconnect the trolling motor wiring behind the bow panel?

On mine, the leads from the back of the boat are connected to the leads from the trolling motor under the front panel. There were crimps with rings on both sets of leads and they were bolted together and covered with electrical tape. It will be pretty obvious once you remove the front panel.
