Just made an updated flush mount bezel for an HDS-9 on the bow of my 619 since the "9" won't fit into the stock location. It's made from scratch using mostly fiberglass and a lot of
hand-shaping. I wrapped it in marine grade vinyl that matches the stock bow shroud. I molded in a 3/16" gap all the way around the unit to allow the cover to fit in nice and snug and the gap is sealed from water getting in by using foam gasket tape under the bottom edge of the unit. The bezel is mounted to the stock bow shroud via stainless screws through the backside and is sealed with a small bead of silicone. The HDS-9 is used for mapping only alongside the HDS-12 on a RMC E-lok mount on the bow as well.

Ok Phoenix junkies here is the dimensions for the tackle storage. All bin walls and shelf is 5" inches in width. Shelf face is 2 3/4" inches tall. Material is 1/2" inch King starboard. All top edges have been radius 1/8" inch. Note: 6 5/8 bin walls have a 2-3 degree angle were they meet the compartment outside walls.
