The low oil light comes on while running down the lake. It will stay steady at times, flicker at others and go out completely and then sometimes come back on. Both oil reservoirs are full.
Also what is the toggle switch for beside the oil reservior under the cowling.

not sure about the blinking light. the toggle switch is for if the pump goes out that brings it from the resevoir to the tank on the motor, it does it manually some how
Sounds like low oil sending unit is bad. The toggle switch is to manually fill that small tank on side of motor before first use or when system is taken apart. Your oil pump will keep that tank between the two lines on side of tank hope this helps. Rico
