Mine

REGIMENT: Workouts 4-7 days
DIET: 75% protein, no white stuff (i.e. bread, flour, pasta, potato)
SECRET: good fat with ever meal (Avocado, raw almonds, olive or olive oil) this promotes belly fat loss.

I also did the same 45 lbs and 12 Sizes later.



Everybody wants to get fit so let's see what everyone is doing to get a leaner and meaner look for everyone.
