I saw this was a sticky thread that I am able to post something productive on. I'm Kevin. Proud owner of a Suzuki 2017 DF250SS. I've had my new to me boat for several months but haven't used much yet. And information regarding Suzuki 4 strokes is valuable to me. Feel free to check my profile and pm any time. Thanks

First 4 stroke I’ve owned, and all I can say is WOW! This thing is quiet, smooth, and has torque out the butt! Hole shot is amazing!

I’m looking to put a Suzuki 4x20 SS prop on a 2019 DF115A on my Cape Horn 17 center console. Anyone have experience with this combination and or have a prop to sell?

3 x 14 x 20 Suzuki stainless steel props are usually a very good and common choice on 115’s, assuming of course that the boat/motor is a good match and not overly heavy etc.

I run one on my 18 ft alloy cuddy cab. Hits just over 6100rpm at WOT trimmed out to max. Very nicely matched on my boat.

A 17’ centre console should also match nicely with that combo.

Just starting to restore a 1987 DT150SS HELP! LOL The last time this motor ran was 2003! But they said it ran good then ... So here goes taking my time in no hurry. Cables to engine were trashed. Got new ones with it so I will put them on. Fill plug missing on gearbox, so I am going to drain and see the mess I have there. I don't want to get too much into this till I find out if it has compression at all. Going to make a good assessment on this, do a compression test, see if it will even move it over using prop after I give it a week spraying oil in cyl. Any advice?

Suggest you also post on the Suzuki Outboards Parts forum - there are a couple of guys there who know the old 2 strokes pretty well and may be able to offer some suggestions.
