    I can't download an avatar in my member box to the left...in "settings", it says no avatar specified instead of customize your avatar....how do I download one for it to show up...?

    The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). The one you want to use is currently 100px × 100px and 37.12kb. I can resize it if you want ? It may lose a little of its clarity, but not much.

    ok contacted Al and he fixed it so i could add a custom avatar but even after i resize the pic i want keeps telling me failed to upload pic. any help would be great thanks ahead of time. this is the pics i want to use

    I'm having same issues with avatar. Also can't figure the signature thing out either. It say's bb code so I used a converter to change my HTML to a bbcode and still doesn't work. :( I must be doing something wrong.

    Send a message to Al and he can fix your avatar issue. As far as your signature, most of them are just .jpg or .gif files. If its text you want, that can just be typed or pasted in place.
