    Thumbs Up Don Weed / European Marine = CLASS ACT!

    I also posted this over in the Mercury High Performance area but thought it fit to let the Lounge know also...


    I just wanted to take a minute to Thank Don and European Marine for taking time out his busy day to go over details of my engine. I can truly say Don is the utmost gentleman, and although he certainly did not have to, he took the time to answer questions I had and explained items to me in great detail. All while not making me feel rushed or slighted in the least. In this day and age it is a breath of fresh air to experience this level of commitment and customer service. If everyone communicated in this manner the world sure would be a lot easier to a place to navigate. Hat's off to Don and European Marine!
