I aggree. It has been a known fact that people cheat in this thing, and I do not believe that there is any way to stop it from happening.

Man i cant think of a better way to kill more fish than to put 2000 folks on the river when its 88 degrees in the backwaters.

And lets ask ourselves another question while we are at it-

Has this organization done anything for the river?

Yet another reason not to participate..... Can't tell you what the CVB's have done to help the fishery or for that matter grow the sport. They're parasites who make good money off of this.

Secondly - there's no way I'm spending that much money on the gamble that I can pull an 8+ out of the river over 3 days. I've pulled one that size in the last 3 years - 3 days - nope, not me captain. I'll be fishing - but not on the river.

88 degrees? This thing is on the AR River in Arkansas, Not Colorado.
