With same set-up which boat is faster
With same set-up which boat is faster
These boats aren't going to run the same setup.....the big numbers from Stroker have come with a 300X and a 370HP Hydro Tec Yamaha. That isn't going to apply on a Allison XB-2002. Might work okay on a Allison XB-21, and i think it has been done, but there wasn't enough testing, trial and error, ect to see what it would really run.
Light Layup Stroker/ 370hp Hammer has been to 118 on one occasion, wondering if it will do it again?
Allison has the bass boat world speed record . Was it 122??
Bullet has been 119 in a 20CC/300 Drag??
Neal ya need to specify which model Bullet and which model Allison and yes you have opened up a can of worms
There are too many variables to this poll

Got a project boat in the works...

There are too many variables to this poll </TD></TR></TABLE> Gotta make it apples to apples using the same type boat from each manufacturer The closest you could get would be Bullet 20xdc allison xb 21 and the stroker

Bullet 21 would be a better comparison than the 20.
Just check the official records of the American Power Boats Association (APBA). By the way...APBA doesnt use gps and a flash of a top end speed.

Too many variables. a 20 Bullet is probably a lot closer to the 21 Allison and Stroker.
I have parked my rig next to both and the Allison/stroker look like 18' rigs.
Huh?...Ive owned 18' bass boats and my BasSport Pro sure doesnt remind me of any of them. Who's BasSport Pro have you parked next to?
Come on Bullet guys!! Ya'll are loosing this poll!!
Guess I should add a Z9 to the poll
The Allison does not look as long as a bullet. The Stroker looks the shortest. Thats my observation.
I would be interested to pull a tape down the center of the keel on all 3. Even that is going to throw variables.
I was in a Basssport pro not 2 months ago. It does not look or feel as long as a 21xrd no way. Maybve it was the dual consol but it sure was lacking some length.
Rob, I didnt say they ARE 18' rigs. i said they look like one next to the 21xrd.
Would be easy enough to pull a tape from the bow point to the transom to keep it equal and not count the sponces..

you go do yours and i will do mine
Hahaha...are you sure you want me to go from the bow point?...
No doubt the 21' Bullet is a lot of boat!
Do it like this, mine is 19' 10" from bow to transom, with 2'7" of bow length (from tip of bow to start of carpet). So that would be 17'3" of inside boat.
did a correction on the Stroker
Gonna go measure the CC
CC best I can tell with covers on
18'4 overall, 2'3" of bow and 16'1" from carpet to transom
I stopped measurements at outside of transom
carpet end to carpet end...thats gonna suck for me due to the back deck fairing...
Rob, go to outside of transome where motor is bolted
